Hotfix 0.4.3

Fixed a bug that only appeared in the browser that if END DAY was clicked while the Mission Reports were still typing out the game would freeze. To fix this, I have made the END DAY button only appear after all mission reports are completed.

Making this, I also saw the opportunity to make only one typing sound for all Mission Reports which ends when the last report is finished. Less painful on the ears.
